Back Stretching and Strengthening

This is the one class at Dharma Way Dojo that is not a traditional Oriental Art although many of its aspects are borrowed from Qi Gong.

This class is primarily for those suffering from chronic back pain, but anyone may study.

Many of the movements taught have been garnered through experience to create a balance in the soft tissue of the body, strengthen that tissue, and gain more elasticity of the joints and musculature.

Many people who have suffered from chronic conditions such as knee pain, foot pain, back pain, disc herniation, shoulder pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, and more have been dramatically helped by practicing a few easy to learn, fun to do stretches and postures.
